Guest Registration

Guests must complete check-in registration for villa access. For a smooth check-in experience, please register at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Check In Registration

Your eKey will be created after check-in registration is completed and active on check in date at 14:00.

Villa Access

Guest may access our villas using Electronic Key (eKey). A preset passcode will be given as back up access. See below to learn more.

Group Booking

For guests who booked multiple villas under one reservation number, please go to Group Booking section after completing check-in registration.

*Guest must complete check-in registration and receive activation email to use eKey. Registration outside reception hours (08:30-20:00), activation on next working day.
