Guest Registration

Guest must complete check-in registration for villa access. For a smooth check in experience, please register at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Your E-Key and Passcode will be emailed within 24 hours after registration is completed.

*Guest must complete check-in registration and receive activation email to use e-key. Registration past reception hours (08:30-20:00), activation on next working day.​

Villa Access

Our villas are accessible by the following,

  • E-Key (Android phone or iPhone required)

  • Passcode (preset 6 digit code)

  • Access Cards (by request)

 

Guests who booked multiple villas under a single booking number,

  • The primary guest (booker) will have access to all the villas and able to share access with others

  • Guest may request to separate access for each villa
