Terms & Conditions

Accommodation & Booking

  • Non-refundable Deposit (Full / Partial) will be required to secure booking, depending on the agreement at the time of the booking.

  • Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and you will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah. Prices displayed/shown in other foreign currency are for indicative purpose only and based on the exchange rate at the time of booking. Actual conversion rate to your local currency will depend on your credit card issuer.

  • A child is defined as 6 years old or under and must be accompanied by an adult. One child per room booked is allowed to stay for free using the current bed configuration. Example: Three Bedrooms Villa can accommodate three children free of charge. Baby Cot and High Chair can be requested Free of Charge (subject to availability).

  • Booking is for villa accommodation only (except otherwise stated). Any other services may require additional charges. Please check with us prior to booking.

  • Kumpul Kumpul Villa reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest and cancel any booking due to unforseen circumstances, in which case refund will be issued.

  • In the unlikely event, Kumpul Kumpul Villa reserves the right to amend booking due to errors and other details, either before or after booking have been confirmed. If Kumpul Kumpul Villa have to amend or cancel a confirmed booking, Kumpul Kumpul Villa will tell you as soon as possible and will offer you the choice of the following options: 

  •              (a) Accepting a proposal of alternative arrangements at one of our villas. If the proposed alternative date / villa is less expensive than your original one, we will refund the difference.             
                 (b) Accepting the cancellation in which case you will receive refund of all monies you have paid to us. After which you will not hold us liable or responsible for any alternative arrangements arranged by yourself.

  • All staying guests are to adhere to Guest Property Agreement as stated here.

  • For payment submitted in our website, by clicking the "SUBMIT PAYMENT" button, guest agreed to be charged for the amount stated using the credit card provided. In the billing statement the charge will appear as "Kumpul Kumpul Villa". All payment are not refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • For payment using Payment Link, sent via email or WhatsApp, payment will be processed by third-party payment processors, Cashlez or In the billing statement the charge will appear as "Cashlez, Jakarta or, Jakarta". All payment are not refundable unless otherwise stated. There maybe processing fees (between 1.5%-3%) incurred by these payment processors, and it will be borned by guests. The fees will be stated upfront at the time of payment and added to the total amount.

Transport Service

  • One car accommodates 4 to 5 guests with luggage. Two cars accommodate 6 to 10 guests with luggage. 

  • For Airport transfer service, flight changes are allowed if Kumpul Kumpul Villa is notified in advance. It is the responsibility of the guest to notify us if the flight timing has changed (e.g. earlier boarding or flight delays). Refund can be considered for flight cancellation due to unforseen circumstances only (official documentation required).

  • Bali Airport may get overly crowded at times, it is the responsibility of the guest to look out for our driver. Should difficulties arise, please call +62 361 8475747 or WhatsApp +62 858 5410 4733 so we can assist with the location of our driver.

Third Party Vendors

  • Due to the nature of transactions involving third-party vendors, refund is strictly not allowed for confirmed purchase on concierge services such as but not limited to transport, tour packages, attraction tickets etc. Changes on booking dates may be allowed depending and in accordance to vendor's amendment policy. In such event, all decision made by Third Party Vendors are final.

Reward Points Program

  • Starting 1 Nov 21, direct bookings made via our website, email or WhatsApp will qualify for Reward points. Reward points will be awarded latest 7 days after completion of stay/check-out.

  • Earn 1000 Reward points for every Rp 100,000 spending (exluding tax & service). The redemption rate is 1:1 ( e.g 100,000 Reward points is to be converted to Rp 100,000 off your next booking total). 

  • Discounted rates such as, but not limited to, weekly/monthly/b2b rates, flash sales, do not qualify to earn points.

  • Rewards points can only be redeemed towards the next booking. It cannot be converted into cash and has no cash value.

  • Bookings made with redemption points are not refundable and not amendable in any case. Extenuating circumstances may be exempted, subject to approval by management.

  • The terms and conditions maybe subject to change over time without notice. In case of a dispute, all decisions by Kumpul Kumpul Villa are final.

Privacy Policy & Data Collection

  • For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means any information provided by you when interacting with us, for example through our Website or through Forms/Advertisements, or data is collected about you through your use of our Website/Forms/Advertisements and allowing you to be identified personally, either directly (e.g. your name) or indirectly, because the data references an identifier such as your name, email, country of origin data, etc. We may also collect personal data about you in other instances which relate to your stay with us.

  • Our website is secure and encrypted using modern cipher suite which means a your data (for example password, email, credit card numbers) is private when it is sent to this site. 

  • We are committed to keeping your personal data safe. All data collected when making an instant booking are stored within a cloud system (Cloudbeds) with Two Factor Authentication login. To add additional security layer, credit card viewing access will require an additional separate password which expires every 90 days. All credit card data at Cloudbeds will be destroyed 7 days after check out date. 

  • We do not share/sell personal data to any party.

  • We may occasionally use your data such as Name/Email to send marketing communications via emails or other media. You may always opt out anytime if you do not wish to receive these marketing communications.
