Guest Property Agreement

Terms & Conditions of Stay:

  • Guest certify that the information that is submitted for registration are correct.

  • Guest is aware that safety box is provided to safekeep all valuables and currency. Guest accepts that Kumpul Kumpul Villa holds no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the valuables or currency during the stay. Guest remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of the valuables and currency.

  • Guest is personally liable for all outstanding amount related to the stay. This includes any charge (such as but not limited to - incidental damages or damage caused by improper use of appliances) during the stay and it is guest' responsibility to report any incident in such nature. In the event of such charges are not paid in full before check out,  guest authorize and consent  Kumpul Kumpul Villa to pursue payment through any means necessary e.g stored credit card or through lawful authorities.

  • Check out time is by 12 noon. Any late check out request will require advance approval by the management only and may incur additional charges. 

  • Keys must be returned upon check out. Loss/damaged keys will be charged accordingly.

  • Guest agree to pay for any additional services/items e.g. laundry, transport or food and beverages that is not included in the reservation costs. 

  • Parking space is available free of charge on first come first serve basis. Kumpul Kumpul Villa is not responsible for any damage/loss to vehicles/belongings parked/placed within the premises. These premises may / maynot be monitored by CCTVs depending on location. In the event CCTVs monitored the premises, Kumpul Kumpul Villa will assist in the recovery process (usually with the assistance of local law enforcement).

  • Guest may bring additional/external guest into the property. Additional/external guests must leave the premises by 10 pm for security reasons. Additional/External guests that are staying overnight must be registered and reported to the management for security reasons and may incur additional charges. These guests will be the responsibility of the registered/primary guest.

  • An official Kumpul Kumpul Villa receipt will be issued for any form of payment. If no receipt is given the service/item is free of charge. In case of a dispute, only official receipt issued by Kumpul Kumpul Villa will be accepted as the basis of a valid dispute case. Third-party or other party receipts will not be entertained and guest should pursue the complaint to the relevant party.
